Biography
I studied illustration and Art History at Manchester Metropolitan University (Manchester Polytechnic - BA(Hons)).
I am a certified member of the Medical Artists Association of Great Btitain (MMAA).
I illustrate for medical and scientific publications but mainly specialising in injury depiction in computer 3D.

I am currently treasurer of the Association Européenne des Illustrateurs Médicaux et Scientifiques (AEIMS) an artists association whose purpose is to bring together artists, illustrators and sculptors working in medical education and the life sciences, mainly from across Europe but with members worldwide. Profession
I own SRi Forensics Ltd. a private forensics company based in the North of England. My main activity is centred around the area of image analysis. I am a professional member of the Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences (MCSFS) and I act as an expert witness in Facial/image comparison for the criminial justice system. Academia
Having worked full time for almost 20 years in the University of Manchester, I hold an honorary Research Associate's post in the Division of Neuroscience and Experimental Psychology, through which I've published a number of papers and articles in relation to my expertise in facial identification, all are available online.
